This project is the first phase of a larger addition and renovation project for Castleberry High School in Fort Worth, Texas. The larger project will consist of approximately 110,000 SF of additions and 47,000 SF of renovations and will bid separately in the Fall of 2024. This project, called the Early Package, includes work that will be done during the Summer of 2024 to prepare the campus for the rest of the work to occur later. Work included in the Early Package consists minor interior selective demolition, exterior site demolition, and construction of a new pathway for student and faculty access to the adjacent building to replace the existing pathway being demolished.
