The long-term impact of the Paul A. Biane Library infrastructure project is an updating and readying of the building for the next 20 years of service. The project will correct and repair the building to meet future use in a safer, more accessible, and sustainable way. Key project elements will address the following: replace HVAC, repair ceiling leaks, replace aging flooring, address ADA compliance issues, replace aging lighting fixtures, upgrade security camera system The project is included in the City of Rancho Cucamonga's FY 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of January 17, 2025, information regarding a design team and a general contractor is not available.
