Reference Number 0000353094 Delivery Point 5261 CR 106 (Skelly Road), Bay City, TX 77414 The purpose of this contract is to provide chipping/grinding of tree limbs and brush at the City of Bay City Brush Site located on Skelly Road approximately 1 mile north of Golden Avenue. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, and/or services to furnish the Work as described in Exhibit "A", and shall carry out all obligations, duties, and responsibilities imposed on Contractor by the Agreement Documents.
