Air Conditioning replacement at USCG Airstation Barbers Point Galley(see attached SOW, pictures, drawings) The purpose of this project is to replace a kitchen air conditioning unit at Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work to be undertaken in this project shall provide work as outlined below required for a complete and usable product. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and professional services necessary to conduct the following for Air Station Barbers Point: A. Base Items: Replace existing condensing unit. Replace five wall mounted fan coil units inside the kitchen and office area of the galley. Work includes but is not limited to: 1) Remove and dispose existing condenser unit from rooftop and install new 6.5-Ton Condensing Unit, Single Module (ACCU-1) 208-230V/60Hz/3Ph. Vertical discharge, inverter compressor condensing unit at the same location. Example: Daikin model RXYQ96XATJA or similar. 2) Remove and dispose five existing wall mounted fan-coil units. Install five new, 208-230V/60Hz/1PH wall mounted fan-coil units at the locations of the old units. Example: Daikin FXAQ18PVJU or similar. Fan Coil Sizes (a) FCU Dry Storage 1/2 Ton (6,000 BTU) (b) FCU Chief's Office 1/2 Ton (6,000 BTU) (c) FCU Food Service Office 1 Ton (12,000 BTU) (d) FCU Galley/Scullery 4.5 Ton total (54,000 BTU) If you install 2 units in this space you can do a 24,000 BTU and a 30,000 BTU. 3) All work shall be performed in accordance with IBC and all local, State of Hawaii and City and County of Honolulu Regulations. 4) Reference standards shall be in accordance with: (i) National Life Safety Code, National Fire Protection Association, NFPA 101 (ii) National Electrical Code, NFPA 70.
