Bidder shall submit unit prices for each and every item requested on the spreadsheet attached. Unit cost shall include all applicable costs. Failure to respond to all items may result in a non-responsive bid. In order to align with current products and furnishings, all Bid responses shall be for the Brand Name, Make, and Model specified. No substitutions shall be allowed. In order to ensure proper coordination and to consistency, it is the intent of the agency to award to one vendor. Freight and installation shall be listed as applicable separately. Total Bid shall include all applicable costs. No additional costs shall be allowed. Product shall be delivered, assembled, and installed at 5600 Cox Road, Glen Allen, Virginia 23060 Installation shall be dependent on completion of construction and coordinated with the Business Owner. Contractor shall be responsible for storage and delivery. Delivery may not be made prior to completion of construction and approval of the Business Owner. Plan Holders List not maintained. Contractor shall be responsible for, but not limited to, all equipment, materials, supervision, labor necessary for the storage, delivery, unloading, unpackaging, assembly, installation, and cleanup of all items. Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring complete and accurate delivery, assembly, and installation of all products. Correction of any discrepancy shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.
