The site sediment risk was determined based on construction taking place between 7/1/2024 and 10/31/2025. Modification or extension of the schedule (start and end dates) may affect risk determination and permit requirements. The LRP shall contact the QSD if the schedule changes during construction to address potential impact to the SWPPP. Measurement and payment shall be as specified in this section. The following Bid Schedule must be submitted with the Contractors bid submittal package. Work to be performed under this contract will be paid for on a lump sum or unit price basis as shown on the Bid Schedule. No item of work shown on the drawings or in the specifications will be considered for extra compensation due to a claim that it does not fall within the scope of the bid. Summary The City of Banning ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Bids are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Invitation for Bids ("IFB").
