Reference Number 0000270501 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/06/07 12:00:00 AM CDT Contractor(S) to Supply and Deliver Fire Safety and Protection Products on an as and When Required Basis. All Products Which Will Be Supplied to Manitoba Must Be New and Free From Any Defects. Contractor Must Ensure That Quality and Reliable Fire Safety and Protection Products Are Supplied to Support Manitoba. The Contractor Will Be Required to Provide Materials Safety Data Sheets (Msds) And Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (Whmis) for All Products as Required. Manitoba Should Be Notified Immediately if There Are Any Backorders. If Items Are Backordered, the Contractor Should Provide Manitoba With an Estimated Delivery Date. If an Item is Backordered for a Period of More Than Two (2) Weeks, Manitoba Reserves the Right to Obtain Goods From Another Contractor Who Can Provide the Required Item(S). Contractor Must Replace Defective and/or Damaged Products at No Additional Cost to Manitoba. The Return of the Defective Product, if Required, Will Be at Vendor's Cost.
