Last day for questions: May 28, 2024 You are invited to submit a quotation to supply the Redstone Arsenal Water Treatment Plant #1 with an 8700 Gallon Aluminum Sulfite Safe Tank per the enclosed Huntsville Utilities (Attachment A) Pricing Sheet. All quote submissions must be represented on the attached Pricing Sheet. You may provide supplemental information and/or alternative options, but they must be noted on the Proposal Form that the options are provided. Reference the enclosed Terms and Conditions for quoting this contract. The Terms and Conditions (Attachment B) should be reviewed, completed, and signed as an integral part of your proposal. The Conflict-of-Interest Form (Attachment C), Non-Collusion Affidavit (Attachment D) and Code of Conduct (Attachment E) must be completed, signed, and included as part of the bid package. The Vendor Code of Conduct must also be signed and returned as part of the bid package, but if you have already completed and returned one, please disregard. If you use a window envelope, this information must be visible. Signed, dated, and sealed proposals will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on the above bid opening date. Proposals received after the bid opening time and date will be rejected. Proposals received via facsimile machine or telephone will be rejected.
