The Vendor shall be responsible for all materials and equipment necessary to furnish controllers, cabinets with ethernet and miscellaneous appurtenances and components to control traffic signals throughout the county. Question Submission Deadline:May 27, 2024, 5:00pm The Vendor shall be responsible for all materials and equipment necessary to furnish controllers, cabinets with ethernet and miscellaneous appurtenances and components to control traffic signals throughout the county. Authorization for delivery by the successful Vendor(s) under this Agreement shall be in the form of written Release Orders issued and executed by Seminole County on an as needed basis. The County makes no covenant or promise as to the number of available orders during the life of the contract. The County will retain the Vendor to furnish materials as further described in the IFB documents. Vendor will be bound by all requirements as contained in this solicitation package and all addends thereto. Required materials shall be specifically enumerated, described, and depicted in the Release Order authorizing the purchase of specific materials. Each order shall describe the materials required and shall state the dates for delivery of materials and established amount of purchase/payment. Any questions concerning the intent, meaning and interpretations of the IFB documents including the attached Draft Agreement, shall be requested in writing, and received no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, May 27, 2024. Written requests shall be submitted via the COUNTY'S e-Procurement Portal The COUNTY will not be responsible for oral instructions made by employees of the COUNTY or its authorized representatives in regard to this IFB.
