City Facilities Exterior Painting if you have any questions, please contact the Procurement Services Department at 972-304- 3698. Q & A deadline: Jun 03, 2024 5:00:00 PM CT The scope of work shall consist of prepping and coating exterior amenities at various city facilities. Prepping work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning metal of any dirt, loose coatings, oxidation, and any rust. Power washing may be needed to achieve prep work. All rust areas will need prepped and primed prior to application of final exterior coating. The final coat shall be 5-mil Dry Film Thickness. Exterior coating consists of PPG AMERSHIELD a two-component, polyester-acrylic aliphatic polyurethane topcoat, or similar product. Primer shall be compatible with AMERSHIELD product. Color to match existing city amenities.
