Site work and renovation of a civil project in Oneida, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of 6/12/2024, all bids were over budget. No additional information is available at this time. The Project includes, but not limited to, the following proposed work: - Construction of an approximate 43' by 54' double-wall CMU block pump house containing a 10-foot diameter by 18-foot long pressure filter vessel. - Construction of a 15-foot by 53.5-foot (interior dimensions) below grade cast-in-place concrete tank. - Provision and installation a control system including variable frequency drives, electrical wiring, and appurtenances. - Provision and installation of a chemical feed system containing sodium hypochlorite and hydrous manganese oxide (HMO). - Provision and installation of a completely functioning HVAC system including natural gas boiler/in-floor heating and natural gas overhead heater. - Provision and installation of a GODA 480V 3-phase electrical service and natural gas service. - Provision and installation of a 200kW 480V 3-phase backup generator system including automatic transfer switch. - Provision and installation of two (2) 75-hp pumps/motors and other well accessories for previously drilled wells. - Provision and installation of approximately 520 feet of 6-inch PVC C900 water main, 2,134 feet of 10-inch PVC C900 water main, 2,490 feet of 10-inch HOPE DIPS water main, eight (8) gate valves of various sizes, five (5) fire hydrants, two (2) water service lines, and associated clearing and grubbing. - Provision and installation of 105 feet of 8-inch PVC C900 sewer main, two (2) 4-foot diameter concrete manholes, one (1) sewer service line, 95 feet of 2-inch CTS HOPE sewer force main, and improvements to the existing sewer Lift Station #6. - Complete demolition of the existing Site 1 pump house facility and decommission of the Norbert Hill pump house facility. - Abandonment of section of existing water distribution and sanitary sewer collection system. *Indian preference will be used in accordance with the Owner's Indian Preference Law in selecting the contractor. The awarded contractor will be required to obtain and Oneida Vendors License, if the firm does not currently hold a license. The Project has a substantial completion date of February 27, 2026 and a final completion date of June 15, 2026
