Bartlett Cocke is the Construction Manager at Risk for the Cedar Creek High School additions and renovations project. This project scope includes an addition of a new Academic Building for Classrooms and Dance spaces, renovations to 3 existing classrooms, and new HVAC reno in existing band spaces. This package includes GMP01 which will be early steel procurement and early procurement of RTU's & MAU's. All other scope items will be bid as 100%DD's this round (including steel erection and all other HVAC scope items). Overview: -37,000ad two story stand-alone new addition to Cedar Creek HS -Three interior classroom modifications to accept sky bridge -Slab on grade(excavate w/ select fill) -Steel structure with CFMF infill -Exterior masonry with metal wall panels -Finishes are standard for schools(VCT, polished concrete floors, level 4 wall finish, ACT) -Mechanical: RTU’s & MAU's -Electrical: standard fixtures and outlets for school classrooms -Plumbing: boys and girls gang restroom first floor, staff toilet on second floor -AV/Security/Access: standard for HS -Landscape: Exterior revegetation with outdoor area between existing HS and new addition -Utilities: Re-route some existing utilities for new building, extend existing, and add new.
