It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Final post construction cleaning During construction of this project, there will be several other projects on-going. The Work of this project must be coordinated accordingly between these concurrent projects, while maintaining the required separation of time and space so that the responsibilities associated with Constructor remain with the Construction Manager.
