The purpose of this event is to receive proposals from qualified contractors for complete professional janitorial services, including floor care, at three City of Savannah Department of Sanitation facilities. Only electronically submitted bids through the supplier portal will be allowed. The purpose of this event is to receive proposals from qualified contractors for complete professional janitorial services, including floor care, at two City of Savannah Department of Sanitation facilities. Question Deadline 05/24/2024 at 5:00 PM ET The service provider must be reputable, experienced, and capable of providing superior cleaning for three (3) City of Savannah's Sanitation facilities. The intent in soliciting proposals is to obtain a timely, consistent, and cost-effective contract to ensure clean and safe facilities for employees, citizens, and visitors doing business with the City. Three locations shall be covered under this contract and are outlined herein. They include the Sanitation Administration, Refuse Disposal Administration, and Sanitation HQ facilities. Proposers must provide square footage pricing for floor care and janitorial services. This is an annual contract, and prices are to be held firm. The first term shall begin on the date of the award and end one year after. This agreement may be renewed for up to four (4) additional 12-month periods if all contracting parties agree and the services provided by the vendor have been satisfactory. In the event this contract is not renewed prior to the expiration of any term, this contract shall continue to be honored on a month-to-month basis until this contract has been renewed.
