Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope with the date and time of the proposal opening on the outside of the envelope. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Proposal must be F.O.B. Delivery Point, unless otherwise indicated in proposal. Any Vendor may withdraw its Proposal either personally or by written request, at any time prior to the scheduled time for opening the Proposals. No vendor may withdraw its Proposal I for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for opening thereof and all Proposals shall be subject to acceptance by the Owner during the period.
