Renovation of a library in Eagan, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Dakota County Wescott Library Chiller Replacement Project. This project will include the removal of existing 80-ton Chiller, and the installation of new 80-ton Air Cooled Chiller at the Dakota County Wescott Library, 1340 Wescott Road, Eagan, MN 55123. All work to be in accordance with the specifications and plans. Bids must be submitted only on the bid form supplied in the Bid Document. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening bids. It is anticipated that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will consider award of the projects at 9:00 a.m. on July 9th 2024 at its regular meeting at the Administration Center, 1590 Hwy 55, Hastings, MN and reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any of the bids, or parts of such bids, and waves informalities or irregularities in bidding.
