Renovation of a mixed-use development in Straughn, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of July 24th, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** Bid Security in the form of a certified check, payable to the South Henry School Corporation, or surety company Bid Bond issued by a company authorized to do business in the State of Indiana, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bid Bonds shall be on the AIA A310-2010 as included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bids to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids by addendum. Bid Categories: Lump Sum General Contract Estimate of Construction Cost: $ 700,000.00 HVAC Work: Classroom unit ventilators, unit ventilator wall louvers, DDC temperature control system, minor demolition of some existing HVAC including: existing units, wall louvers, support structure, ceiling pads and grid. Electrical Work: Electrical work consists of disconnecting power to condensing units located on the roof and classroom unit ventilators (mechanical equipment to be replaced 1:1). New work consists of extending existing branch circuitry as required to new condensing units and classroom unit ventilators.
