Renovation of a municipal facility in Franklin, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Johnson County Courthouse West Annex, 86 West Court Street, Franklin, for the Johnson County Courthouse Tornado repair Project. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, including alternates, must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bid Security shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashiers check, or certified check which shall be payable to the Board of Commissioners of Johnson County, Indiana. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price prior to the execution of contracts. Per ADDENDUM 1 the bid date and time has been moved to Monday, July 8, 2024, at 10:00 am (local time).
