The Work Includes the Following Partial Listing of Items With Approximate Quantities: Refurbishment of 4 Covered Concrete Tanks, Replacement of Heat Exchangers, Pumps and Boilers, Associated Piping and Valves, Including Buried Piping and Directional Drilling, Power Distribution, Lighting and Generator. The Work covered by the Contract Documents comprises furnishing and installation of wastewater treatment equipment and tank modifications located at 2995 Lansing Avenue, Jackson MI for the City of Jackson, Owner. Any Questions Concerning Contract Documents or Specifications Will Be Addressed at This Meeting. This Will Give Companies Contemplating Submitting a Bid a Chance to Examine the Locations of the Proposed Service/goods and Receive Interpretations of the Contract Documents. Dual-gas feed boilers, exhaust stack, and associated hot water circulation pumps. 3. Inline grinder. 4. Liquid-to-liquid heat exchangers and associated pump feed systems. 5. Tank jet mixing systems and associated pump circulation systems. 6. Process piping and valves. 7. Waste gas burner, flame trap, and associated gas piping and equipment. 8. Buried yard piping, including directional drilling. 9. Heating, ventilation, and controls, including explosion proof unit heaters. 10. Sump pump system and controls. 11. Radial beam tank cover. 12. Aluminum dome covers. 13. Concrete rehabilitation of four tanks. 14. Removal of tank covers. 15. Painting. 16. Guardrail, stairs, and walkway. 17. Swing doors. 18. Standby diesel generator and docking station. 19. Automatic transfer switch. 20. Manual transfer switch and docking station. 21. Tank level instruments, flow meters, and gas monitoring equipment. 22. Control panels and variable frequency drives. 23. Lighting, including explosion proof fixtures. 24. Tank cleaning. 25. Sludge removal and disposal. Substantial Completion of all Work by December 18, 2026 ; Final Completion of all Work, including punch list items, by April 16, 2027.
