Renovation of a residential development in Ashland, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
As of 6/28/2024, this project will not be awarded. The Owner has no plans to rebid the project. The Housing Authority of the County of Cass is accepting bids for a roof replacement at its Sylvan Six Building located in Ashland, IL. The Housing Authority of the County of Cass reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Removal of Existing Roof The contractor shall be responsible for stripping the existing roof down to the decking. In addition, the contractor is responsible for the entire clean-up and removal of the existing roof. (The Housing Authority’s dumpster will not be used.) Installation of New Roof The contractor shall be responsible for the installation of the shingle roof, including all required prep work and the installation of the ridge vent.
