Project is no longer needed.** This work includes, but is not limited, furnishing and performing, 4 inch asphalt patching, tack oil application, and 1-1/2" asphalt surface course installation, hauling and disposal of all excavated materials, installation of temporary paint and permanent thermoplastic pavement markings and installation and maintenance of work zone traffic control. The Contractor shall be responsible for supplying all labor, materials and equipment and all else necessary for the timely completion of the listed Projects. Prior to beginning construction the successful bidder will file with the City the required Bonds, Certificate of Insurance and other applicable documents as outlined in the General Conditions with the terms and surety to be approved by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities in bidding. A bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of bid must accompany the bid. The following documents, at a minimum, are required to be submitted as part of the Contractor's bid package: o Instructions to Bidders, completed with data required. o Ten (10) percent Bid Bond o Proposal for Construction form completed and executed o List of Proposed Subcontractors . Question Deadline 06/06/2024 The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery, with such delivery being no later than 2 weeks prior to the bid opening date specified in the Notice to Bidders. Any interpretation of the Contract Documents including the Contract Specifications will be made only by addendum duly issued or delivered by the Owner to each person receiving a set of such documents
