Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form (Appendix A). Performance Period: 730 Continuous Calendar Days (See Page CC-3 and Appendix B) Liquidated Damages: Three Thousand ($3,000.) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract Page CC-3 and Appendix B Pursuant to the SCA's authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA. If the Bidder is not prequalified at the time of the bid opening its bid will not be accepted.
