Renovation of a fire / police facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of the roofs indicated in the Contract Documents with an insulated TPO roof, including gutters, downspouts, flashing and trim, penetration boots, and all other work and materials necessary for complete replacement of the roofing system. Underlying repairs of the roof deck to be performed as necessary and directed. Questions Instructions All questions must be submitted in writing to bidinfo@chattnooga.gov All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. **Document Notes: The check should be made out to the City of Chattanooga and mailed to the City of Chattanooga Purchasing Department, 101 East 11th Street, Suite 013, Chattanooga, TN 37402. Prior to mailing the check you can scan and email a copy to bidinfo@chattanooga.gov. Once the email has been received with a copy of the check the requested bid documents will be emailed.
