As of September 13, 2024, construction is underway and will be complete June 1, 2025. Black Hawk College, Building 2 Renovations Bid Package 4. Decisions of the College will be final. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public projects.
