Persons or firms desiring PLANS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be mailed to them shall deposit fifteen ($15) dollars additional to the deposit sum noted, nonrefundable, to cover services of handling and mailing. A BID Bond or a cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, payable to the DECATUR CITY SCHOOLS, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Engineer or copies thereof.
