United States Coast Guard Station South Padre Island, TX is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms to fabricate a replacement in kind and install 80" X 47 1/2" all aluminum access gate W/ self-closing hinges and security access lever. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the scope of work and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. Period of Performance: The project shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days after award date. All work is to be completed in accordance with the performance work statement. This will be a firm-fixed construction order awarded to the lowest bidder technically accepted. This is set aside 100% for small business. All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
