Renovation of a municipal facility in Joliet, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of July 29, 2024, project was awarded to Pinnacle Stone Restoration with an awarded amount of $64,344. (Base Bid $64,344 + Alternate amount of $2,310.) Terrazzo and Marble Restoration Project. This bid request is for the complete restoration of +/- 8,000 sf of Terrazzo and Marble floors located in the Rialto Square Theatre Lobby, Esplanade and Rotunda areas. All questions concerning the bid shall be directed to Mr. Ramirez at the above-stated email address. Scope of work to include, but may not be limited to: - Protect all adjacent surfaces - Strip and remove the existing floor finish - Repair cracks - Grind the existing terrazzo and provide any additional restoration work agreed upon. - Harden, seal and polish floors - Burnish to increase shine Question Deadline 05/31/2024 All questions regarding the bidder's preparation of his bid, pertaining to the drawings and specifications, shall be compiled in writing and e-mailed to Rafael Ramirez, (rramirez@rialtosquare.com)
