Improvements Include Demo, Building Concrete, Structural Steel, Storefront Systems, Metal Framing, Interior Finishes, Building Specialties, Mep Systems and Low Voltage Systems. The Project Budget is Estimated at $9,500,000 to Be Eligible to Provide Labor, Materials or Equipment on This Public Work, Each Subcontractor Must Be Qualified, Pursuant to Nrs 338.1699.
