Renovation of a museum in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Prequalifications, issued under Contract C14-01-23 which closed on June 12, 2023. Undertake the following work at Griffin House National Historic Site: - Regrading and installation of accessible pathways, - Construction of new rear porch complete with stairs and accessible ramp, - Supply and installation of stone stoop at front entrance, - Wood cladding repairs and restoration on all elevations, - Replacement in-kind of existing cedar roof shingles, - Repainting of windows, doors, shutters and trim, - Structural repairs and replacement of floor assembly as required.
