The City of Woodbury is planning to construct pedestrian facilities on Woodlane Drive from Valley Creek Road to Guider Drive in 2025. Currently, there are gaps in the City’s trail and sidewalk network along Woodlane Drive. With the addition of the Gold Line Bus Rapid Transit Park & Ride, the new Washington County Service Center, and existing commercial and residential buildings in the immediate vicinity, there is a growing need for a trail along the corridor. The goal of the project is to provide safe pedestrian travel along the Woodlane Drive corridor for all users. The project is currently proposed to include a 10-foot-wide trail on the west side of Woodlane Drive from Valley Creek Road to Guider Drive. Additional trail and sidewalk connections are being considered on the east side of Woodlane Drive to close gaps in the network. The project is included in the City's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of October 8, 2024, project Design Summer 2024. Bid project in Winter 2024.
