Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Exeter, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

SCOPE OF SERVICES Vendor shall provide the following services Remove existing wood stove stainless chimney pipe and infill with plywood. Remove existing asphalt roof system and dispose. Supply and install CertainTeed winter guard ice water shield (over the entire roof surface). Supply and install new aluminum drip edge. Supply and install CertainTeed landmark (30 yr. architectural shingles). Supply and install CertainTeed 12 filtered ridge vent.
