The successful Contractor shall provide snow removal at all areas within the RTD park-n-ride stations Inquiry Period: June 6, 2024, 5:00pm RTD sends responses to written inquiries: June 10, 2024, 4:00pm If necessary, oral presentations: Week Of 6/24/24 RTD, online meeting RTD anticipates making final selection.: July 8, 2024 Snow Removal at Downtown Facilities (15% SBE goal) Proposals shall be valid for a duration of no less than ninety (90) days from proposal due date. This Contract has the potential for Two (2) 1-year options to extend the Period of Performance. Subject to the Termination provision of the Contract, performance shall commence as of the date specified in the notice to proceed or, if no date is specified, upon Contractor's receipt of notice to proceed, and shall continue for 3 years (subject to the exercise of option periods, if any). If mailed, receipt of the notice to proceed is presumed to be five days after mailing.
