The Gross floor area of fit-up is 725,000 sqf of Office Space. The redevelopment scope of Tower C rehabilitation includes the following design and construction packages: a) Work Package 1 Interior Demolition and Abatement (March 2024 to April 2024) b) Work Package 2 Seismic upgrade (March 2024 to Sep 2024) c) Work Package 3 Building Envelope upgrades (March 2024 to Aug 2024) d) Work Package 4 Mechanical (March 2024 to Jul 2024) e) Work Package 5 Electrical (March 2024 to Aug 2024 f) Work Package 6 Interior Fit-up (March 2024 to April 2024) Tower C Rehabilitation scope also includes soft & hard landscaping, precast cladding restoration and complete re-roofing.
