Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The removal of AC pavement, concrete curbs, exercise equipment & footings, existing signs & footings; construction of new AC pavement, new concrete mow curb, etc. and other related work within project limits. Note: Majority of work shown on project drawings was done several years ago as part of the initial Heritage Park Renovation Project. The pedestrian trail shown on sheets 3,4 & 8 were renovated in their entirety along with most of the pedestrian trail shown on sheets 5 & 7. The Phase 2 pedestrian work will start on sheet 5 of the project drawings just south of Exercise Station 2. Then the Phase 2 pedestrian renovation work will proceed northward to renovate all the pedestrian trail shown on sheet 6. The Phase 2 pedestrian trail renovation work will continue on sheet 7 and end just after Exercise Station 10. The bidder is strongly encouraged to visit the project site before submitting a bid proposal to determine the actual limits of the work.
