Information regarding a general contractor or a timeline for construction has not been determined. ____________________________ WVARNG Child Development Center HVAC Renovations Design EOI The West Virginia Purchasing Division, for the agency, the West Virginia Army National Guard, Construction and Facilities Management Office, is soliciting Expressions of Interest from qualified firms to provide professional architectural and engineering design services to develop construction documents for the renovation/replacement of the HVAC systems & equipment at the Child Development Center located at the WV Army National Guard Base (Coonskin Complex), located in Charleston, Kanawha County, WV, per the attached documentation. Provide professional architectural and engineering design services per the attached documentation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
