Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work to be done under this contract will consist of the supplying of all materials, labour, supervision, construction plant, equipment, etc., necessary for the completion of the work that consists of: - Supply and installation of new storm sewer/leads along Melanson Road from Bourque Road to Fox Creek Road and along Fox Creek Road from Melanson Road to Belle Foret Street, including catch basins, manholes, culverts and ditches; - Trench reconstruction of both Melanson Road and Fox Creek Road approximately; - Installation of new curb and gutter along the North side of Melanson Road and the East side of Fox Creek Road. - Installation of a new multi-purpose trail parallel to Melanson Road and Fox Creek Road. - Reinstatement of existing surface features affected by the works including driveways, topsoil and hydroseed. - and other related work all as shown on the drawings and as described in these specifications.
