**As of July 31 , 2024 ,This project has been awarded to T&T Commercial Equipment was awarded the contract in the amount of $313,491.35..** KENNESAW CITY HALL RTU REPLACEMENT PROJECT. The principal items required for the project shall include all materials and labor necessary for the removal and replacement of a 105-ton rooftop HVAC unit. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities, re-advertise, and to reduce or add to the contract from time to time. Contract time for final completion shall not exceed 45 consecutive calendar days from the Notice To Proceed. All proposals must be made out on the bid form furnished with the Contract Documents, in accordance with the instructions in the information for bidders. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" of the City and to fully complete the project within forty-five (45) consecutive calendar days; bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $500 per each consecutive calendar day that the Contractor shall be in default after the date stipulated in the Contract for completing work.
