Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Troy, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Troy Area School District will be receiving sealed bids for paving repairs, crack filling, resealing and restriping of some parking lots & roadways throughout the district. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. SCOPE A. All work shall be conducted in accordance with the Scheduling Requirements of the Work as hereafter specified. The Contractor(s) shall be responsible for the means, methods and sequences to implement the specified schedule. 1. Construction schedules representing anything less than a four-day work week shall not be permitted. B. Scheduling of all work shall be coordinated with the Owner, as well as access routes to work areas. 1. Work and access within any school district building shall be restricted and monitored during occupied days. 2. Work and access to district grounds for work completed external to any school district building shall be coordinated with the Owner. 3. Any shutoffs / shutdowns of any mechanical and/or electrical systems shall be coordinated with the Owner and in no case shall occur without the Owners acknowledgement.
