SCOPE OF WORK The work consists of the fabrication and delivery of a weathering-steel sculpture that screens a new boardwalk from an existing electrical substation. The piece features tapered spires arrayed along sweeping arcs between the substation and the edge of the river. The City of Nashua, NH, herein referred to as the City, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for fabrication and transportation of the Substation Screening Structure at 8 Front St. in Nashua, NH. A bid guarantee from each bidder equivalent to 5% of the bid price. The bid guarantee must consist of a firm commitment such as a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument accompanying a bid as assurance that the bidder will, A vendor shall furnish performance and payment Bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all vendors obligations under the Contract Documents. Deadline for Vendor Questions Wednesday, May 29, 2024, 3:00 P.M Vendor Question Answers Posted Tuesday, June 4, 2024, 2:00 P.M. The City, through the Mayor, who is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts of proposals; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications;
