Ingham County seeks proposals from experienced vendors for the purpose of entering into a contract for fabricating and installing new signage throughout the Ingham County Parks system. The entrance sign at Lake Lansing Boat Launch was recently damaged beyond repair. Ingham County Parks would like to replace the sign; however, all park signs are old and outdated. Therefore, the County would like to look at a new sign system, from the entrance signs to internal signage that re-brands the parks and sets the standard for replacing all their park signage. This request is only for entrance signs at the park. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Guarantee shall be in the form of a bid bond executed by an approved surety company, made payable to the County of Ingham. Bid guarantee shall run for a period of not less than ninety (90) days. If the successful proposer fails to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates within ten (10) business days after receipt of Notice of Award, such guarantee shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages.
