The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI) is seeking bids for Preventative Maintenance/Technical Support for the Power Plant and Boiler Controls. This includes calibration of pressure and temperature transmitters, oxygen analyzer calibration, control valves, modulating electric actuators, combustion setting of natural gas & oil burners and Battery Management System (BMS) safety limit testing of MMHI's Power Plant. MMHI intends to use the results of this process to award two (2) Contracts. The Department of Health Services does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered will be disqualified. The Contract shall be effective on the date of execution of the accompanying Contract and shall run for one (1) year from that date, with an option by mutual agreement of the agency and the Vendor, to renew for an additional four (4), one (1) year renewals.
