A certified check made payable to the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi, or a Bid Bond on the Bid Form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the Owner, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. The Successful Bidder awarded this Contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. The Authority of the Borough of Charleroi Board Reserves the Right to Award or to Reject Any and/or All Portions There- of Proposals Submitted, and to Waive Informalities in the Bidding Process if in the Best Interest of the Authority.
