Site work for a road / highway in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Project Description: Contractor to furnish and install a complete conduit and fiber system, install fiber optic cable using a single fiber spool. No end-of-reel or butt-splices will be allowed unless preapproved by Engineer, terminate all 144 SM fiber strands with factory LC pigtails in rack mounted shelves located in the data center. Provide Tyco splice cases at each splice location and splice the 6 or 12 SM fibers in and out of the 144 strand SM cable. Terminate all 6 or 12-Strand cables with LC pigtails inside handholes/manholes and data racks. Question Deadline 06/04/2024 During the bidding process, all questions shall be directed to the Program Manager listed within the RFP. Questions will be allowed up to 48 hours prior to the bid due date and time. All addendums will be posted no later than 24 hours prior to the bid due date and time.
