The project scope is as follows: the contractor shall Remove/ Replace existing three (3) transformers are pole mount type mounted on the ground, Install/ Construct new 5/15 kV electric Service, including new concrete pad, one (1) new manhole, Concrete encased duct bank, new Pad mounted loop feed dead front fused 750 KVA, 5/15 kV 3-phase Transformer, new 5/15kv dead front loop feed fused load break switch, and new grounding system per drawing and specifications. The Contractor shall also obtain digging permits for all underground work including but not limited to demotion work and installation of new duct bank, installation of new concrete pads, and excavation, back filling or soil boring installation of new conduits, new steel reinforced concrete duct bank, new ground rods, new ground loop, new concrete pads for all equipment, and new bollards. At the conclusion of the project, the contractor shall be responsible for preparing as built construction documents on completion of project.
