Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a water / sewer project in Troy, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of July 26, 2024 project has been canceled. As of this time it is unknown if an when project will rebid. Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project: This contract generally consists of the installation of a 10'x25' building addition, and associated WWTP grit removal equipment. Additionally, associated site work including the removal of gravel and asphalt pavements, site grading, and installation of new gravel and asphalt pavements, and installation of a manual operated sliding gate and chain link fence is being proposed. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the necessary bonds if the contract is awarded to him/her. The Borough of Troy reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any and all bids, and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
