Cooper St., Sierra Vista, AZ 85650- upgrade electrical panel; install electric hot water heater with timer; construct accessibility (handicapped) ramp; install exterior door; weatherize (e.g. caulk, weather-strip, belly insulation). 4 N. Escondido, Tombstone, AZ 85638-Upgrade electrical panel; install two (2) electric hot water heaters with timers; weatherize (e.g. caulk, weather-strip). Question Deadline 06/05/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Scope of Work Cochise County, hereinafter referred to as the County, through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) will accept bids from qualified firms or individuals who are licensed, registered, and in good standing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. This is a federally funded project which requires that contractors also be registered and verified in SAM.gov. Cochise County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract to other than the low bidder with good cause. The County further reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularities in the bidding process. Objective/Scope of Work The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, services, transportation and perform all the work for the Countys project known as CDBG Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation for Cochise County, Arizona as called for in the above Project Description and in any included Specifications. The contractor should prepare a time schedule for completion. The selected contractor will be required to assist in the documentation necessary for compliance with all applicable federal and other requirements of ADOH. The selected contractor should be prepared to comply with all local, state and federal safety and environmental requirements. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with all federal program and state statutory requirements to include 2 CFR 200, Executive Orders and the Arizona Administrative Code.
