Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Estimated budget: $197,582.70 The Project consists of: installation of piping and the construction of five inlets and a headwall. Bids Sealed Bids addressed to the Lazy Nine Municipal Utility District 1B (Owner) for the construction of the Village H Gunnison Turn Road Drainage Improvements Information and Bidding Documents for the Project will be available upon request, digitally from Malone/Wheeler, Inc., ("Issuing Office"). Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with Power of Attorney attached or cashier's check of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid (sum of all bid items) made payable to the Lazy Nine MUD 1B. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in Bids received. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are $500 per calendar day.
