To be considered, the Proposals shall include one (1) original and two (2) copies of the proposal in a sealed envelope, which clearly identifies the RFP number/title as well as the Respondent's name and return address. Proposals received after the deadline will be rejected. All Proposals, which are in order and properly signed shall be opened and reviewed. No immediate decisions shall be rendered concerning the submitted Proposals. Donna Independent School District reserves the right to reject all Proposals. Donna Independent School District is seeking qualified Door Installers to install exterior doors and door components at various campuses. The scope of work for door component installation shall include the supervision, labor, materials, any necessary permits, engineering design layout, stamped blueprint, equipment, machinery, and all other fees and items necessary to complete the project. Instructions to Vendor The initial term of the Agreement is for a period of one (1) year, with DISD having the option to renew the Agreement for two (2) additional years in one (1) year increments.
