This Request for Supplier Qualifications is issued by UHN for the purpose of soliciting Proposals from interested Proponents for the creation of a VOR list of Construction Managers as described in the RFSQ documents. Current State The current 3-year VOR List is expiring in August 2024. UHN intends to set up an updated VOR List of Prequalified Construction Managers by the expiry date or shortly thereafter. Since the current VOR list will cease to exist after the end of the term, the contractors in the current VOR list will have to go through the qualification process to be a part of the new VOR list. Future/Desired State The UHN is seeking through this RFSQ process to select a number of prequalified Construction Managers (Vendors of Record or VORs) to perform various construction-related services as required for the term of three (3) years with an option to extend two (2) periods of one (1) year each starting from the date listed in the award notice. The VOR list will have two separate levels separated by construction value thresholds. The interested Proponents have to submit separate proposals to each level. Scope of Work As a result of this RFSQ, UHN may have projects which will be bid competitively to the prequalified construction Managers through Second Stage Processes. The scope of future projects may include, but not limited to, the highlights mentioned in the RFSQ. Each project will be released to the 2nd stage solicitation process with information on scope of work, timelines, terms and conditions and details relevant to the project being proposed.
