As of June 7, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 20, 2024. Bike Path Renovation project described below: Furnish all labor and materials renovate existing trail and parking lot at Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance naming the Champaign County Forest Preserve District as Co-Insured. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Contract Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount The Board of Commissioners of the Champaign County Forest Preserve District reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all proposals, to waive any informality or irregularity in the proposals or the proposal process, to accept any proposals which it deems most favorable, and to continue letting from time to time as deemed necessary.
